The price of entry into the weekly draw remains the same as it did in 1997 when we first began the lottery weekly draw. 

Of course £1 doesnt go very far these days and the cost of caring for people in our community with life threatening or terminal illness, keeps going up.  In order to enable HLP to continue giving to our hospice partners, why not consider doubling your membership?

Not only will you be helping local adults and children when they need it most, you will be doubling your chance of winning a great cash prize of up to £1,000 every week.  And don't forget the Rollover! 

Here is what your money can do to help:

£4 pays for 15 minutes of specialist care from a trained nurse for a terminally ill patient in a day hospice

£8 pays for 12 minutes of counselling for a child coming to terms with the loss of a parent or sibling

£26 pays for one hour of specialist counselling for a patient diagnosed with a life threatening illness, helping them to come to terms with their future journey

£52 can pay for a nurse to provide basic loving care for a terminally ill patient during the final nights of their illness

Our hospice partner costs do vary so examples are generalised.
