Hours 

Min 6 hours p/w flexible times.
                   

Due to an increase in membership numbers, our Admin Team are looking for help in our friendly Tring office with various duties.


The Role

As Volunteer Admin Assitant, you will be asked to assist with the following tasks:

  • Data input into a CRM system
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scanning and filing
  • Processing various methods of payments
  • Sorting of data lists
  • Other adhoc duties


The Volunteer

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Competent use of Excel and Word (inc. mail merge and sort functions on Excel)
  • Desire to show initiative
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Methodical
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Previous knowledge of Sage 50
