The Hospice Lottery Partnership respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you provide to us. The Hospice Lottery Partnership will store and process information about you for the purpose of providing services in accordance with our charitable aims. The type of personal information we collect:
We currently collect and process information such as:

• Personal identifiers – names, addresses, and telephone numbers).
• Email addresses.
• Customer Direct Debit financial information.
• Website user stats (IP addresses and cookies).

How we get the personal information and why we have it:
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purpose of engaging with The Hospice Lottery Partnership’s products.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from data provider sources when conducting cold-calling telesales campaigns for the sale of lottery subscriptions.

We use the information that you have given us to maintain contact in line with the preferences you provided at point of sale and/or as updated during your lottery membership.

Where permissions have been granted, we may share this information with:

• Partner Charity organisations.
• Mailing Houses and/or printing suppliers.
• Telesales Agencies.
• Marketing Automation Platforms.

Your information is securely stored in accordance with our IT Security and Acceptable Use Policy.

We keep the personal information provided for the duration of your membership with The Hospice Lottery Partnership. We will then securely dispose your information upon expiry of The Gambling Commissions three-year retention period. Personal data is deleted unless The Hospice Lottery Partnership is required to retain records containing personal data due to regulated circumstances (such as self-exclusion and legal proceedings).
